Icewave Pain Patch Placement Guide
- Place a WHITE Icewave patch on the bottom of the right foot and a TAN Icewave patch on the same point on the Left foot as shown. Now take a second set of IceWave patches and remove only half of the paper backing (or use a roll of tape) to apply temporarily until you find the location that works the best for you. Start by placing the patches under the collarbone as show, keeping WHITE on RIGHT and TAN on LEFT.
- If sufficient pain relief is not achieved, move on to the steps below.
- Keeping the WHITE patch on the bottom of the right foot and the TAN patch on the same point on the Left foot as shown. Follow the next steps.
- Move the second WHITE patch from the under the collarbone to the right wrist and do the same with the TAN patch on the left wrist. This point is located in the depression of the wrist, at the base of the thumb. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step.
- Move the WHITE patch from the wrist to the back of the right arm, and do the same with the TAN patch, placing it on the left arm. This point is located three finger widths from the crease of the wrist. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step.
- Move the WHITE patch from the lower arm to the inside of the right elbow, and do the same with the TAN patch, placing it on the inside of the left elbow. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step.
- Move the WHITE patch from the inside of the elbow to the RIGHT shoulder blade, and do the same with the TAN patch, placing it on the left shoulder blade. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step.
- After determining which location relieved the most pain, remove the other half of the paper backing and apply the patches for 12 hours before removing and discarding.
- Adding Aeon on the back of the neck may increase the effectiveness of this protocol.
- Adding Glutathione two finger widths below the belly button may increase the effectiveness of this protocol.
Leaving half of the paper backing on the patch, use the following points to find the one that relieves your pain the most. Place both patches on the same point on both sides of your body. Place WHITE on the RIGHT side of your body and TAN on the LEFT side of your body. Start with the first point shown and if sufficient pain is not yet achieved, move on to the next point, and so on. Sometimes two sets of patches are required. If none of these point provided sufficient relief, try one set on the bottom of the feet and move the second set through all of the other points shown. When you find the point that relieves the most pain, remove the other half of the paper backing and apply the patches for 12 hours.
- Place a WHITE Icewave patch on the RIGHT hand, and a TAN Icewave patch on the same point on the LEFT hand, as shown. This point is located in the webbing, between the base of the thumb and the base of the index finger. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step.
- Place a WHITE patch on the back of the RIGHT arm, and a TAN patch on the same point on the LEFT arm, as shown. This point is located three finger widths from the crease of the wrist. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step.
- Place a WHITE patch in line with the neck at the top of the RIGHT shoulder blade, and a TAN patch on the same point on the LEFT shoulder blade, as shown.
- Place a WHITE patch on the RIGHT side of the neck, and a TAN patch on the same point on the LEFT side of the neck, as shown. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step.
- Place a WHITE patch on the RIGHT temple and a TAN patch on the same point on the LEFT temple, as shown. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step.
- Place a WHITE patch on the forehead just above the RIGHT eye, and a TAN patch on the same point above the LEFT eye, as shown.
- Adding Aeon on the back of the neck or behind the right ear may increase the effectiveness of this protocol.
If none of these point provided sufficient relief, try adding an Aeon patch on the knee or on the back of the neck. When you find the point that relieves the most pain, remove the other half of the paper backing and apply the patches for 12 hours.
- Place a WHITE Icewave patch on the OUTSIDE of the knee and a TAN Icewave patch on the INSIDE of the knee, as shown. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step.
- Place a TAN patch on the painful area and a WHITE patch above the TAN patch, as shown. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, follow steps 3 through 6 in the Clock Method section.
- Adding Aeon on the back of the neck may increase the effectiveness of this protocol.
- Alternatively, placing an Aeon patch on the INSIDE of the knee and either an X39 patch or a Glutathione patch on the OUTSIDE of the knee may be effective. If using Glutathione on the knee, try placing an X39 patch on the back of the neck.
Leaving half of the paper backing on the patch, use the following points to find the one that relieves your pain the most. Place both patches on the are of pain. Place WHITE on the RIGHT side of your body and TAN on the LEFT side of the area. If sufficient pain relief is not achieved, try adding an Aeon patch on the knee or on the back of the neck. When you find the point that relieves the most pain, remove the other half of the paper backing and apply the patches for 12 hours.
- Bracket the pain by placing a WHITE Icewave patch to the RIGHT of the painful area, and a TAN Icewave patch to the LEFT of the painful area, as shown.
- Adding Aeon on the back of the neck may increase the effectiveness of this protocol.
Leaving half of the paper backing on the patch, find the placement that relieves your pain the most. Place the TAN on the highest point of pain and move the WHITE patch around the TAN patch until you find the placement that relieves the most amount of pain. When you find the point that relieves the most pain, remove the other half of the paper backing and apply the patches for 12 hours.
- Place a TAN Icewave patch on the highest point of pain and a WHITE Icewave patch two to four inches above the TAN patch at the 12 o’clock position. Wait 30 seconds to determine if pain is reduced. If not, move on the the next step.
- Keep the TAN patch on the highest point of pain and move the WHITE patch to the 3 o’clock position. Wait 30 seconds to determine if pain is reduced. If not, move on the the next step.
- Keep the TAN patch on the highest point of pain and move the WHITE patch to the 6 o’clock position. Wait 30 seconds to determine if pain is reduced. If not, move on the the next step.
- Keep the TAN patch on the highest point of pain and move the WHITE patch to the 9 o’clock position. Wait 30 seconds to determine if pain is reduced. If not, move on the the next step.
- Keep the TAN patch on the highest point of pain and move the WHITE patch to the 9 o’clock position. Wait 30 seconds to determine if pain is reduced. If not, move on the the next step.
- Keep the TAN patch on the highest point of pain and move the WHITE patch directly across from in on the other side of the body as ishown. Wait 30 seconds to determine if pain is reduced. If not, move on the the next step.
- if there has been no decrease in pain, or if the pain increases at all, switch the positions of the WHITE and TAN patches so that the WHITE patch is on the highest point of pain and the TAN patch is directly across from in on the other side of the body. Wait 30 seconds to determine if pain is reduced. If not, move on the the next step.
- Adding Aeon on the back of the neck or stacked directly on top of the patch at the highest point of pain may increase the effectiveness of this protocol.
Leaving half of the paper backing on the patch, find the placement that relieves your pain the most. When you find the correct placement, remove the other half of the paper backing and apply the patches for 12 hours.
- Place a TAN Icewave patch on the highest point of pain, and a WHITE Icewave patch on top of the foot where the pain radiates down to, as shown.
- Adding Aeon on C7 the back of the neck may increase the effectiveness of this protocol.
