Placing a Preferred Customer Order

This is where you enroll in the Preferred Customer Program by choosing “Save Now” Choose “Save Now and Unlock Incredible Benefits” to enroll in the Sample/Share Program for an additional $19.95.

Before you check out, view your shopping cart on the top right corner of the screen. You will see “Order” which includes the Preferred customer sign up fee. This order will ship immediately but will NOT be added to your monthly autoship. Below that you will see “Auto Order” which is your monthly subscription order that will ship out every month until you change or cancel it. It is automatically set to begin a month from now. Make sure to change the date on the little calendar that pops up if you’d like to change your start date.

Remember to make a note of your username and password so you can get back into your account to edit or cancel your monthly subscription order, change the ship date, update credit card, etc. Thank you!
